To spawn the Drone in your level, there are multiple methods:
Place the Drone Blueprint in your level from:
Content -> Flying_DroneMovement -> Blueprints -> BP_Drone
To possess the Drone Blueprint, go to: Level Blueprint -> Event Graph
To get a refference to the placed drone, select the BP_Drone in your level and Right Click in the Event Graph. Then select the "Create a Reference to BP_Drone":

Spawn the Drone by using the "Spawn Actor from Class" node and select the "BP_Drone" class. Input a transform (Location, Rotation and Scale) that represents where the Drone will spawn.
